In the paper, it is written:

new field equation:

S = x ( T - A ( T ) )

The Einstein equation:

S = x T

It therefore appears to be an extension of Einstein’s field equations. Just as Newtonian mechanics remains an excellent approximation in most cases even after the advent of relativity, Einstein’s equations would likewise become an approximation in this framework.

The idea is simple. The universe is modeled as a Möbius strip-like structure, where gravitational attraction acts between elements on the same side of the “tape,” while repulsion acts from the opposite side. Based on this assumption, a new field equation is constructed, which is claimed to resolve the missing mass problem.

The paper is then followed by figures showing a strong agreement with observational data.
